IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT ENTRIES LIST
We are currently implementing a new system on the website that will list your team in the event registrant list automatically upon online sign up. For this period of transition we will still be using the old Event Entries list (Google Docs) until all registrants have been moved over to the new system.

If you normally email or call, or text a director to be added to events you will be listed on the old Google Doc List until we create an account for you and move you over.

If you register online you will be instantly listed at the bottom of this page under the new Event Entries list ( online sign ups )

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Creating an account is easy, there are no extra steps that need to be taken when normally signining up for an event on the site. When you click the red REGISTER button all you have to do is add a username and password on the sign up form, your account will automatically be created when submitting the tournament registration. The next time you sign up for an event you can login after clicking the red REGISTER button and all your information will automatically be filled out for you. Just be sure to check team age and division if you are managing multiple teams.

DO I NEED TO CREATE MULTIPLE REGISTRATION ACCOUNTS IF I MANAGE MORE THAN 1 TEAM?
No. Please note when creating an account to register for our events online, only 1 account needs to be created. From this account you can add multiple teams in your organization to events by simply changing the team name and division for each event you enter. The online registration allows for your information such as email, telephone, city etc. to automatically populate when registering for an event, thus saving you time when signing up.
